Technoloy is great......until it breaks.  Unfortunately a wise teacher knows that when relying on technology, it is always best to have a backup plan in case something does not work correctly.  However the ability to do basic troubleshooting may not only save the day (and headaches) but is great to model for students (read about its importance here). A good many cries for help with technology are soothed simply by double checking wire connections or restarting the device.  Sometimes it is more complicated, and simply knowing a few tricks (or knowing where to look for a quick answer) may be all you need.  Other times, the wisest thing to do is put in a help ticket and leave it to the professionals.

For this challenge learn more about some of the most common tech issues and tricks for their repair.  Then complete the GCF LearnFree course on basic computer troubleshooting.
